Virtual Roundtable: Which Canadian could or should have won a Nobel Prize

Defining Moments Canada’s NobelCanadian project provides resources (storymaps, videos, interviews, articles) for teachers to teach the story of Canada’s Nobel Laureates. This project led to our team asking the question: Is that everyone? Are there other Canadians who are deserving of a Nobel Prize? In order to answer this question, we asked other organizations to tell us who they would nominate.

This Virtual Roundtable features Let’s Talk Science, The Museum of Health Care at Kingston, The Vimy Foundation, Discover the Universe, Project of Heart, and the Royal Canadian Military Institute. Each organization submitted a video making the case for a Canadian whose impact, reach and importance is worthy of a Nobel Prize.
